Dedicated to finding properties for people with pets and homeless pets.
Kristina Helfer is a North Jersey-native who has been a real estate investor and “dog lady” for the majority of her life. After catching the real estate bug while owning multiple investment properties, she decided to turn her passion into her full-time job.
In 2017, Kristina started her real estate career in Hudson County, focusing on the Hoboken and Jersey City markets. A move to Essex County in 2019 changed her business and opened up her services to new markets. She now primarily works Essex, Union, and Morris counties, assisting her clients in their moves from Hudson County to the suburbs.
Kristina’s slogan is “For People and Pets” and she is determined to help homeless pets find homes and people with pets find their dream homes. She helps run a local animal rescue and has been actively involved in animal welfare throughout her life. Kristina can often be seen toting a dog (or several) around with her.
Prior to starting career in real estate, Kristina was a copywriter at an advertising agency and still enjoys writing today. Kristina is a contributor for the Montclair Girl Blog which has enabled her to immerse herself in local life. She utilizes her sharp communication skills and ties to the community to assist her clients as they transition into their new homes.
Kristina’s business is built on creating strong personal relationships with her clients by providing them with the detailed attention they—and their pets—deserve.
